Reservations made via our website will be confirmed via email. Reservations for 6 guests or more will require a deposit of £10 per head which will be non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the reservation.
We allow a 15-minute grace period for all reservations. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation then your table will be made available to other guests.
All monetary transactions such as gift voucher payments or reservation deposits must be made in person to avoid fraud, and identity theft & for us as a business to remain compliant.
We operate an over-25 policy and may require to see photographic identification from persons wishing to purchase alcohol. Please make us aware of any allergies or dietary requirements we may need to cater for.
It is an offence for persons under the age of 18 to purchase or attempt to purchase alcohol.
Prior to accepting an order for alcohol the Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS)/Personal Licence Holder (PLH) may ask the customer for their date of birth and decline the service to any person under the age of 18.
Acceptable forms of ID are Passport, Photographic Drivers Licence and PASS Accredited Scheme.
DPS/PLH will ensure that the delivery/collection will be refused if the recipient appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
DPS/PLH will ensure that the person making the delivery requires the recipient to provide their name and to produce an acceptable form of photographic ID proving that they are over 18 years of age. The order will not be supplied if the recipient fails to provide a suitable ID.
DPS/PLH will ensure that the details of those persons who refused the sale or delivery/collection will be recorded in a refusals book, which will include, the date, time, name of persons if known, delivery address and reason for refusal.
DPS/PLH will ensure that customers who have placed an order to purchase of alcohol with food will be informed that the service for the collection of their order is by appointment only.
DPS/PLH will ensure that collections are scheduled in such a way as not to impact or cause disturbance to residents. Collections will be no more than (2) at any one time.
